RETURN & CANCELLATION

All custom printed merchandise sales are final and are not eligible for refunds or returns.

If you would like to return non-customized merchandise, you must request a Return Authorization (RMA) Number no later than 14 days after the receipt of the item(s) which will is confirmed by the tracking number provided by our shipping partner or the date of pick up for orders picked up at our California location. All returns past 14 days after receipt of item(s) will not be accepted and will become a FINAL SALE. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear.

We are determined to leave all of our customers 100% satisfied. Therefore, BayaniCustoms.com ensures that all orders are filled accurately and on time, and are of the highest quality. BayaniCustoms.com accepts returns and will refund payment if and when customers are disappointed by BayaniCustoms.com merchandise for one of the following reasons:

  • The blank items themselves are materially flawed;
  • The quality of the printing is below a reasonable range of expectations

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as
instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us
without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For Standard Delivery orders, you may change or cancel your order within twenty-four (24) hours of submitting your order.

For Rush Delivery orders (any order requiring faster delivery than a Standard Delivery order), you may not change or cancel your order.

BayaniCustoms.com is not responsible should you give incorrect instructions or if your credit-card payment is not processed by your credit-card company.

BayaniCustoms.com will be responsible for acting only on those instructions sent to BayaniCustoms.com that actually are received, and does not assume responsibility for malfunctions in communications facilities not under its control that may affect the accuracy or timeliness of any orders you send. BayaniCustoms.com is not responsible for any losses or delays in transmission of orders arising out of the use of any Internet Access Service Provider or caused by any browser software or any computer virus or related problem that may be attributable to services provided by any Internet Access Service Provider.
